MQM IQ ("MQM IQ", "we", "us") operates the MQM IQ mobile learning app and its supporting services for students preparing for academic exams. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to have your account and associated data deleted.
MQM IQ does not show advertising and does not use advertising or cross-app tracking technologies. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. This page itself loads no analytics, ad, or tracking scripts.
We use this data only to operate the app: authenticate you, deliver learning content and track your progress, process subscription/activation requests, respond to support requests, and protect the service from abuse (e.g. verification-code spam). We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors, solely to operate the app:
You can request deletion at any time, from inside the app or from our public account-deletion page — no sign-in required, only a one-time email verification code. Once your request is approved:
Passwords are stored as salted argon2 hashes. Verification codes are stored as hashes, not in plain text. Sensitive actions (contact changes, account deletion) require a one-time verification code and are rate-limited to prevent abuse.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

تُقدّم MQM IQ ("نحن"، "الشركة") تطبيق MQM IQ للتعلم عبر الجوال والخدمات المساندة له للطلبة المستعدين للامتحانات الأكاديمية. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها، وأسباب ذلك، ومع من نشاركها، ومدة الاحتفاظ بها، وكيفية طلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به.
لا يعرض تطبيق MQM IQ أي إعلانات، ولا يستخدم أي تقنيات تتبّع إعلاني أو تتبّع عبر التطبيقات. لا نبيع ولا نؤجّر بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث. هذه الصفحة نفسها لا تحمّل أي أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تتبّع.
نستخدم هذه البيانات فقط لتشغيل التطبيق: التحقق من هويتك، تقديم المحتوى التعليمي ومتابعة تقدّمك، معالجة طلبات الاشتراك/التفعيل، الرد على طلبات الدعم، وحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام (مثل إغراق رموز التحقق). لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات أو التنميط.
نشارك الحد الأدنى الضروري من البيانات مع الجهات التالية، فقط لتشغيل التطبيق:
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت، من داخل التطبيق أو من صفحة حذف الحساب العامة — دون الحاجة لتسجيل الدخول، ويكفي رمز تحقق مؤقت عبر البريد الإلكتروني. عند الموافقة على الطلب:
تُحفظ كلمات المرور كقيم مشفّرة (argon2) مع "salt". تُحفظ رموز التحقق كقيم مشفّرة وليس كنص صريح. تتطلّب الإجراءات الحساسة (تغيير بيانات التواصل، حذف الحساب) رمز تحقق مؤقتًا وتخضع لحدود معدل الطلبات لمنع إساءة الاستخدام.
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطوّر التطبيق. يعكس تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه أحدث نسخة.
