Delete your MQM IQ account
You can request account deletion here without signing in — we only need to verify you
control the email address on the account. No password or other sensitive information is
requested on this page.
What happens
- Enter your account email and we send a one-time verification code to it.
- Enter that code (and an optional reason) to submit a deletion request for review by our team.
- Your account is deactivated once the request is approved — you will no longer be able to sign in.
What is deleted
- Your name, email, and phone number (the account is anonymized).
- Your learning progress, quiz history, achievements, reviews/ratings, and saved videos.
- Your support tickets and any pending deletion-request notes.
What may remain
A small number of records may be kept in a de-identified or minimized form only where the
law requires it — for example a financial record tied to an already-issued referral
reward, or an internal audit trail of the deletion itself. These are never linked back to
your name, email, or phone. See the Privacy Policy for

ماذا يحدث
- أدخل بريد حسابك الإلكتروني وسنرسل رمز تحقق مؤقتًا إليه.
- أدخل الرمز (مع سبب اختياري) لإرسال طلب حذف يُراجعه فريقنا.
- يتم إلغاء تفعيل حسابك فور الموافقة على الطلب — ولن تتمكن بعدها من تسجيل الدخول.
ما الذي يُحذف
- اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك (يصبح الحساب مجهول الهوية).
- تقدّمك التعليمي وسجل الاختبارات والإنجازات والتقييمات/المراجعات والفيديوهات المحفوظة.
- تذاكر الدعم الفني وأي ملاحظات مرتبطة بطلب الحذف.
ما الذي قد يبقى
قد يُحتفظ بعدد محدود من السجلات بشكل مجهول أو مُصغَّر فقط حين يقتضي القانون ذلك — مثل سجل
مالي مرتبط بمكافأة إحالة سبق صرفها، أو سجل تدقيق داخلي لعملية الحذف نفسها. لا ترتبط هذه
السجلات باسمك أو بريدك أو هاتفك. راجع سياسة الخصوصية لمزيد
